Aike
AIKE is a Chinese OEM manufacturer of hand dryers. They make a lot of the hand dryers sold under ATC and HandyDryers
Stainless steel
The most common of their dryers, the stainless steel series consists of xlerator-style high speeds, early AIKEs were so xlerator-like, they got into legal trouble, making the older units quite rare.

Super obscure traditional dryers
Whilst AIKE only make high speeds currently, browsing their website on the Wayback Machine reveals they used to have some traditional dryers. Unfortunately the wayback machine has not archived the images, so we don't know what they look like.
